At VelaWaxStudio, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used wax products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@VelaWaxStudio.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@VelaWaxStudio.store with photos of the damage.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
